KAWA Pilipinas is a heart based and volunteer driven community kitchen feeding the hungry and forgotten Filipinos in our society with clean, delicious and nutritious meals.
Since August 3, 2020, we have been serving the homeless, urban poor communities, children and elderly with special needs, persons deprived of liberty including political prisoners and survivors of natural and human induced calamities. We call them our beloveds and food is our love language.
To co-create compassionate, connected, regenerative and socially inclusive communities that respond to the challenges of hunger and nutrition through heart-based volunteerism and action.
A heart-based, volunteer-driven grassroots kitchen and hub that endeavors to end hunger and malnutrition while creating an inspired, empowered, self-sufficient and connected community of donors, volunteers, and beloveds.
